Yes. Customers are directed to create or access their account before shopping,
helping keep the ordering experience organized and secure.
Go to the Verify page and enter the product code printed on the label or packaging.
If the code is available in the system, the associated documentation will appear.
Product verification may display a Certificate of Analysis, endotoxin report,
or other supporting documents connected to that specific product or batch code.
The product code can be placed on the product label, box, QR landing page,
or batch verification card depending on the packaging format used.
Shipping information may be displayed during checkout or on the shipping page.
You can also add free-shipping thresholds or shipping policies to your footer.
Click Log In or My Account in the header. If you are not logged in, you will be
directed to the account page to sign in or create an account.
For support, use the Contact page or your account area. You can also add an
email address, contact form, or ticket system depending on your site setup.
